Contact

One channel. A ticket, from the console.

No email address, no contact form, no phone number. Every request — support, a cluster, an abuse report, a security finding, a legal notice — is a ticket opened from your console, answered around the clock by the engineers who rack the servers. Support opens the minute your first server is online.

  • First reply usually within the hour, always within eight
  • Same support for everyone
  • History kept next to your servers

The path

Three clicks from the console.

  1. 01Sign in

An account is an email address and a password. If you have no account yet, create one: no documents, no card, thirty seconds.

  2. 02Have a server online

Tickets open with the first server, for as long as one is online. Before that, everything a pre-sales conversation would cover is already published: prices, rules, uptime.

  3. 03Support → New ticket

A subject, a message, the server it is about. Replies arrive in the same thread, in the console. Open the support page.

What to put in it

The details that get an answer in one reply.

  • A server problem

The server id (i-…), since when, what you see (nvidia-smi, dmesg, a port that does not answer). Hardware faults our probes catch are already being handled.

  • Billing

The invoice reference (DG-…) or the ledger line, the transaction hash for a top-up that has not credited, and the address it came from for a refund.

  • A cluster

Order the first eight-card node, then a ticket titled “Cluster”: card, target number of cards, region, Slurm or Kubernetes or bare, date. We answer with a date and the exact amount. How clusters are priced.

  • Abuse from our network

The IP address, timestamps in UTC, logs or a URL. Forwarded to the tenant with 24 hours to answer; ongoing harm is stopped first. Acceptable-use policy.

  • A vulnerability

Enough to reproduce it. Acknowledged within two working days, fixed, credited if you wish, paid when it would have exposed another tenant. Scope and safe harbour.

  • A legal notice

The server or account concerned and the order itself. We act on binding orders under the law of the country where the server sits, and tell the tenant unless forbidden. Privacy policy.

Questions

About contact.

Why is there no email address or contact form?

Because a channel we do not have cannot be spoofed, phished or flooded. A ticket is opened from an authenticated session, lands next to the servers it is about, keeps its history, and is answered by the engineers who rack the hardware. It is the only door, for everyone, and it is the same door for a one-card tenant and a five-hundred-card cluster.

Can I ask a question before I order?

Tickets open once a server is online. Before that, the documentation, the FAQ, the pricing page and the status page answer what a pre-sales conversation would: every price, every rule and every limit is published. The smallest server is the RTX 4090 at $139 for a month, and support is open the minute it is provisioned.

How fast do you answer?

Around the clock. A first reply usually arrives within the hour and always within eight. Hardware faults our monitoring detects are handled without a ticket, and SLA credits are applied automatically.

How do I request a cluster?

Order the first eight-card node from the console, then open a ticket titled “Cluster” with the card, the target number of cards, the region, Slurm or Kubernetes or bare, and the date you need it. We answer with a date and the exact monthly amount, which is the catalogue price times the cards.

How do I report abuse, disclose a vulnerability or send a legal notice?

Through a ticket as well. Credible abuse reports are forwarded to the tenant with 24 hours to answer and ongoing harm is stopped first; security findings are acknowledged within two working days under the safe-harbour terms of the security page; legal notices are acted on when they are binding under the law of the country where the server sits.

The door is in the console.

Create an account, order a server, open a ticket. The people who answer are the people who rack the hardware.
