Legal

Acceptable use policy.

What may and may not run on a DediGPU server: attacks, malware, spam and illegal content are out; training, serving, rendering and full-power workloads are welcome.

Effective 2 September 2026 · last updated 2 September 2026

The short version. Not a substitute for the text below, but it says the same thing.
  • It is your server. Run it at full power, all month. That is what the cost sheet assumes.
  • Out: attacks on anyone, malware and command-and-control, phishing, spam, sexual content involving minors, content illegal where the server sits, and generating intimate imagery of real people without consent.
  • Reports of abuse are forwarded to you with 24 hours to answer. Ongoing harm is stopped by suspending the server.

1. The principle

You rent the whole machine and you decide what runs on it. This policy exists for the cases where what runs on it harms someone else: another tenant, our network, a third party, or the law of the country where the server sits.

2. What is allowed, explicitly

  • Training, fine-tuning and serving models of any size, on any data you have the right to use.
  • Rendering, simulation, scientific computing, video processing.
  • Running the GPUs at 100 % for the whole term. The power line of the cost sheet assumes a fleet average of 70 %; individual servers at full load are expected and welcome.
  • Cryptocurrency mining. It is rarely profitable on rented hardware, but it is not our business to stop you.
  • Tor relays, VPN endpoints and proxies you run for yourself or your users. Tor exit nodes are not allowed: their abuse reports land on us.
  • Legal adult content.
  • Security research on systems you own or are authorised to test.

3. What is not allowed

  • Attacks of any kind: denial of service, scanning or brute-forcing systems you are not authorised to test, exploitation, credential stuffing.
  • Malware: hosting, distributing or controlling it, botnet command-and-control, exploit kits.
  • Fraud: phishing pages, fake shops, scam infrastructure, impersonation.
  • Unsolicited bulk email or messaging. Outbound port 25 is closed by default and opened only on request with a stated purpose.
  • Sexual content involving minors, in any form, including generated. This is reported to the authorities and the account is closed.
  • Generating intimate imagery of real, identifiable people without their consent.
  • Content that is illegal in the country where the server is located, including infringing content distributed at scale.
  • Anything that damages the hardware or interferes with other tenants (for example, deliberately tripping power or thermal protections).

4. Network use

Ports are unmetered and egress is free. Sustained saturation of a port is fine on its own; if it measurably degrades other tenants on the same switch we will ask you to spread the load, and we may move you to a 25 Gbit/s port at cost. We filter spoofed source addresses and blackhole servers that are the target of a volumetric attack until it passes.

5. How reports are handled

Abuse reports reach us through a ticket in the console. A credible report is forwarded to you in the console and you have 24 hours to answer. If the report describes ongoing harm (an attack in progress, a phishing page live, malware being served), the server is suspended first and you are told at once. A first, minor breach is a warning; a repeated or serious one closes the account without refund of the running term. Unused balance is refunded unless the law forbids it.

6. Reporting abuse to us

If a server on our network is attacking you or hosting something illegal, open a ticket in the console with the IP address, timestamps in UTC and logs or a URL. We answer every report.

Questions about this document and legal notices go through a ticket in the console: how contact works.
